A studio built
for every body.
A boutique yoga and movement studio where every person deserves a space to breathe, move, and thrive, exactly as they are.
Our Vision
Two friends,
one vision.
Julie and Sandy, long-time friends with a shared passion for wellness, dreamed of creating more than just a yoga studio, they wanted to build a sanctuary for connection, growth, and inspiration.
That dream became Yoga in the Circle: a vibrant hub for the local community where "the circle" is both a nod to St. Albans Circle and a symbol of the ongoing, cyclical nature of a movement practice.

Our Mission
"At Yoga in the Circle, our mission is simple: to create a yoga studio where our community can feel inspired to begin, deepen, or explore their yoga and movement journey."
Whether it's your first downward dog or your thousandth, our classes are designed to encourage confidence, foster fun, and build a stronger connection to yourself and your body.
How It Started
How Yoga in the Circle began.
In 2022, Julie and Sandy opened Yoga in the Circle at 3551-A Rhoads Avenue in Newtown Square, a boutique studio named for the St. Albans Circle traffic roundabout it sits on.
What began as a shared dream quickly grew into something the community had been waiting for: a welcoming, judgment-free space offering infrared heated yoga, sculpt, and strength-focused movement all under one roof.
Today, Yoga in the Circle is home to 326+ verified reviews and a community of members who keep coming back, because they found something here they couldn't find anywhere else.
Our Approach
We teach with
three intentions.
01
Breathe.
Pranayama and breathwork are the foundation. Every practice starts and returns to the breath.
03
Thrive.
Strength, flexibility, presence, community. The work on the mat shows up in every part of your life.
Infrared heat, expert instructors, and a studio that genuinely welcomes every level. New student intro: 2 classes for $20. No commitment, no pressure.
